Dr. Mani is my own primary provider, but I was not happy with the treatment on this date. The virtual visit was nearly an hour late. The only good thing about that is that I was able to wait at home instead of the office. I got the feeling she did not think a virtual visit was appropriate even though I had been seen at the urgent care in September and December for the same symptoms.

I went to the clinic and Dr. Mani Geethalakshmi took the time to really listen to me. She asked thoughtful questions to better understand my condition and then prescribed medication that has made a big difference. Thanks to her care and those prescriptions, I’m already feeling much better and truly appreciate the support I received.

She was very thorough and her explanation of things to me and listen to my questions and answer them as best she could. I didn’t feel rushed or like she was just trying to get through the appointment. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions
