I fly from Austin, Texas to see Dr. Gedde and I trust him totally. He ran downstairs to locate Dr. Guillermo [ ]who will perform a corneal transplant on 26May2026 at Bascom Palmer. Dr. Gedde told me that Dr Amescua was the Best before he went to locate him on 4May. I Trust God, Dr. Geddeand Dr. Amescua. I am so grateful to my doctors and the entire staff at Bascom Palmer. Miami is a great place to heal for 31 days. Then, I will return to Austin via Amtrak and enjoy the sights, my room. bathing, eating and giving thanks to God for Bascom Palmer.

There’s a reason why Bascom Palmer is rated #1 in the world! Dr Gedde and his staff contribute mightily to that reputation. In my opinion Dr Gedde is the very best of the very best! I would very highly recommend Dr Gedde and Bascom Palmer to all of my family and friends!!!

Despite all my high ratings, the visits average about 4.5 hours from arrival to departure for roughly 2 hours of cumulative time in testing and exam room consultation.

I am grateful to God for sending me to Dr. Gedde. Dr. Gedde is positive and compassionate and never gloom doomy. He is honest and never insults my eyes or my concerns. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Gedde. My little eyes love Miami and I never have blepharitis episodes in Miami. No pollen. No allergy. My eyes are very happy in Dr. Gedde's care. I will continue to be Bascom Palmer's Amassador of Good Will.

I would come back to Miami if I ever moved from Coral Springs. And I do t mind the ride even in my 70’s because I have4 wonderful drs at Bascom Palmer and they all are wonderful!!! Also one of the techs in Miami I taught in Kindergarten and she is awesome! She works with children and I think could do almost anything and she always has a smile and compassion!!!
