I put all my trust in Dr Hart. He did my 2 hip replacements in 2017 and 2022. Great bedside manner.

The staff was very professional and for our first time here at HSS, they took our previous medical history and uploaded all the pertinent info. My wife and I checked in online and it went very smoothly. The staff was aware of us checking in online and all we had to do was have them cope our licenses and medical cards. We were very pleased with everyone.

The doctor did a hip replacement for me a few years ago. Excellent job. When I suffered this hip injury I chose to reach out to Dr Hart first rather than the emergency room. He was able to get me in within 2 hours of the injury. He and his staff did a tremendous job of seeing to my needs. The entire visit went smoothly and efficiently. I was very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr Hart and his staff. I’m sure that without their professionalism I would still be sitting in the emergency room waiting for an evaluation.

Followed Dr Hart to HSS. Think so highly of DrHart, he did a previous knee replacement and can’t say enough nice things about him. Also Max is great! Very friendly and attentive

Dr. Gavin Hart, and Max along with the staff at HSS are exceptional and I am looking forward to my next arthroplasty, R knee this August 31st with Dr. Hart. HSS is fortunate to have Dr. Hart on their team.

Dr. Hart's office runs like a well thought out process. From filling out papers on-line, to reviewing my information upon entry. Next the med tech listened to me and had the X-ray tech take pics of my knee as well. Good thing too! It was the culprit. Lol...Dr. Hart and his right hand man, Max the Magnificent had me heading home with a cortisone injection on board tout de suite! Today I'm pain free, and so grateful. I can't recommend Dr. Hart's practice enough.

Dr. Hart and Max [last name] are extremely professional and kind. They make you feel like family. They answer all questions and provide information to make my life as easy as possible. I never feel rushed. They both talk to you and not at you which I truly appreciate. I always recommend doctors who treat me with dignity and respect. Thank you both!
