A prescription was supposed to be sent in for me and was not and I have not been able to reach the office to schedule a procedure. I was number 32 in the queue, was supposed to be called and it didn't happen. Most frustrating. Perhaps queues shouldn't be longer than six.

First of all, I feel lucky and fortunate that I'm able to be seen by a doctor as professional as Dr. Kothari is and Virtua is very lucky to have him. However, I've been seeing Dr. Kothari since 2017 at Mercer Bucks Orthopedics regularly and epidurals two to three times a year while also under the care of a chiropractor for the same condition since 2018 and I was just a little disappointed that I had to go through the whole routine again with like physical therapy.

Dr. Kothari was an excellent, excellent physician. He is an excellent physician and he has treated both my husband and myself very recently. We were more than happy with his support and we would recommend him to our family and friends. And it was quite a long drive to get to his office, but it was very well worth it. Again, we would recommend him. Thank you very much.

The front desk is very helpful and polite! There was minimal wait time from admission to see a physician! Dr Kothari was extremely attentive to my concerns and explained my options clear and in a way I could understand! Thank you for you kindness and direction!

I was very happy that the doctor actually listen to me and explained my MRI to me in detail and gave me all the options about treatment, explaining Medicare and their requirements. He did not seem rushed at all and was very thorough

Both of the doctors were very helpful and all the staff that I had seen were very respectful and friendly. They didn't treat me any different then any other patient that walked in. I thought my experience was a good one and I appreciate the respectfullness of the staff. I definitely would recommend anyone to this place. Keep up the good work.

I feel very confident be treated by Dr Kothari Although getting through to make appointment was to much you have to listen to a 4 min advertising speech before you can get the appointment desk why don't they just connect you to the Dr you want with a extension #?

Dr. Kothari always listens to me and answers my questions. He takes the time to explain my x-rays and never makes me feel like he's in a hurry to the next patient.

As a woman, and especially as a woman with fibromyalgia, I have frequently been dismissed by doctors who seem to think I'm drug seeking. Dr Kothari actually listened to me and explained what he suspected is my problem and what the insurance will demand prior to paying for an MRI for more diagnostic information. Why do insurance companies get a say in what the doctor needs for a diagnosis? Why do the patients have to continue to be in pain instead of getting the correct diagnosis in order to get proper treatment? Isn't the MRI cheaper than surgery? Can't a person's physical health deteriorate if they aren't treated properly in a timely fashion?

Desk asst courteous , personable and helpful. Dr . Was AWSOME, Professional, very knowledgeable. Went over the X-rays thoroughly. Showed me what as going on based on information he had .Took the time with me. A sled me questions to get overview and get information. Talked about options . Sending me for MRI to get more information. I was very pleased with the whole visit especially since I had no knowledge as to what to expect

Hi, yeah, I had a great experience. I turned everything over to Virtua, most of my care, three-quarters of my care. The doctor was phenomenal, very understanding, very charismatic, very engaged, and the front desk personnel, she was fantastic as well.
