I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Sharma and his staff. Everyone was both friendly and professional. Dr. Sharma provided his professional opinions and made sure that I totally understood the process. He allowed me more than enough time to ask questions & answer any concerns. His expertise was amazing & I was pleased to know how much he knew about my overall health in general. I felt confident with everything we spoke about.

Everything was very informative and helpful. The only negative was in finding their office location. Since it was not marked from the outside. In the future it would be helpful to add the name of the practice to the outside door facing the parking lot.

The staff over booked and had rescheduled my consultation and now the navigation team has rescheduled the call to set up testing appointments. All done via email to check My Chart.

When I arrived, the front desk were assisting other customers. I was told to have a seat and I could check in momentarily. After sitting 10-15 minutes. another gentleman walked in and was immediately checked in. So I say when do I check in? The front desk, staff immediately apologized and checked me in. But there was the other front desk staff whom I was visible to, never acknowledge me. She never looked up when I walked in. She never even said good morning. She was not on the phone the entire time because she was able to check the gentleman and that walked in 10 to 15 minutes after I walked in. Overall, the experience was very nice. Staff was pleasant, and the doctor was very courteous and kind. Upon checking out the same front desk, staff that eventually checked me in, checked me out and it went very smoothly but the one front desk staff that was so very busy that couldn't tear herself away never acknowledge my presence.

Dr. Sharma was warm and welcoming. He knew my health history and asked questions about my health. I didn't seem rushed at all. All my questions were answered. Dr. Sharma is an excellent provider.

The appointment was wonderful. The conversation was terrific. I felt like the provider had as much time as I needed and that would explain the only thing I could complain about. It's certainly not about the provider and I can understand since you spend so much time with each and every patient, it just took so long to get an appointment. It was booked out weeks and weeks. I think it's actually months out in order for me to get the appointment. So I can understand because he's awesome and he takes lots of time with his patients and that could be the reason why he's so difficult to book because he is so good. But everything regarding the experience was wonderful. My wait time was minimal. He saw me right away, was up to date on all my information, asked all the right questions and some questions I wouldn't even think that he would ask. So again, yeah, 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend him and will recommend him.

Dr. Sharma is a fantastic surgeon. He is always principled and will do the right thing by the patient. He's an honorable man and I really trust him, his opinion and I listen to him. This is a high compliment bc I'm not good at listening to other ppl. The staff was able to get me in earlier than expected bc I had some concerns. Great experience as always!

Dr. Sharma does not have to improve a thing. I absolutely love his courtesy and I actually love how he's very empathetic, not sympathetic, but empathetic with his patients. You know, he's very honest, he's very patient, he's very kind. I refer him to everybody, everybody in their mama, but I truly appreciate him and all that he does and I hope that the Lord blesses him endlessly and continually.

I felt like a human, and not just "another fat person". I never felt like I was being pressured into one thing or another, and I felt like the options were laid out in an understandable way so that I could actually understand the risks and benefits of each option.

Dr. Sharma not only helped me with my weight loss but he has possibly saved my life as well. My iron levels have been extremely high for a while and he suggested I see a hematologist. I did and had genetic testing which revealed i have Hemochromatosis ( i got 1 trait from my mom and 1 from my dad). I know believe my father died from not being diagnosed with this. I see my primary doctor every year and have not been advised to see a specialist about my iron. Dr. Sharma I thank you and appreciate everything you have done and continue to do for me.

After I left I realized I had a couple more questions but for some reason I couldn't get on my chart to where I could leave Dr. Sharma the questions I want answers to before I make a final decision. So i called and the person I talked to said she would email Dr. Sharma or his staff with the questions. So now I am waiting to get the answers.

Dr. Sharma is the best Physician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Dr. Sharma gave me my life back and I am forever grateful. He has the best bedside manner of any Physician I have ever met and there have been many. Dr. Sharma gets a 20 out of ten! He's the best Virtua has to offer.
