Dr. Gates was wonderful. I appreciated him listening to my concerns and helping get a plan together. I had multiple issues getting an appointment and having questions answered from the young man who works in front office. I asked to speak to somebody in scheduling after she helped me she hung up on me

From Check-In to my vitals being taken by a young lady prior to Doctor Gates entering the room for my appointment was smooth and easy.
Doctor gates was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns and needs concerning my knee.
I was given a referral to an Orthopedic Surgeon which concluded my Primary Care visit.
Check-Out was equally smooth and seamless. I was lacking a Primary Care Doctor prior to this visit and feel I now have a new doctor I can rely on and trust.
