I had a video follow up from an in person visit. Unfortunately I had to take the call while out of state for work. The physician was unable to provide a full consultation due to my presence outside Michigan (understandable). He advised to schedule a video follow up as soon as I return. When I attempted to do this - all appointments are in person both on the App and after an office call. Meaning; I have now to wait for an in person follow up for 1 month! This is incredibly frustrating.
