I called with an urgent issue, they were able to squeeze me in within an hour of the call, and yet I didn't feel as though they were rushing to get rid of me or didn't have time for me.

Rude took a long time to get to me when asked to be a little quicker bc I had another appointment she said yes then proceeded to take an hour to come back in the room and I was there for 2 hrs and nothing I needed to get done was done so I left pissed
