First and foremost, I would like to recognize Amy and Harold for their warm welcome and their professionalism. I chose to see Dr. Swain for help with weight management. He was extremely thorough and explaining options that are available to me educating me on all the pros and cons. He took his time to explain how the medication will help as well as what I needed to commit to for full success

Amy at the desk is professional and efficient. Harold the nurse is prepared, communicative and cheerful. Dr. Swain makes you feel like a person, not just a patient. He is caring, inquisitive, detailed, efficient and his post visit follow-up is timely and very detailed.

Dr. Swain is unusually aware of all the alternative conditions and therapies. Nothing “cookie cutter” about his approach. He is outstandingly intelligent and open to new ideas. At the same time he is serious and properly judgmental. Nothing New Agey here. He is in focus and has an active mind. Very Impressed.

I appreciate that Concierge medical care is affiliated/integrated within the NCH system, and I hope that NCH will not dictate treatment protocols and that you will continue to allow concierge physicians their autonomy in providing customized patient care with a greater focus on preventative health and wellness.
