Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors. The fact that they were also bilingual was great.

I thing Dr. Gary is the best doctor on the planet and unfortunately I have seen many doctors. I save all my questions for him and he patiently listens and responds appropriately. I have recommended him to others and would follow him if he goes to another practice.

Although I did have to wait in the patient room, I understand doctors cannot be on time all the time. I think this puts way too much stress and emphasis on punctuality rather than quality. This is what causes doctors to rush and not spend the time needed with the patient. Patients should always understand this and accept some waiting time. I can tell doctors are getting stressed by this, it really needs to be dialed back some. Just let the patient know there is a wait and I am certainly satisfied waiting, knowing the doctor will spend the time needed with me. Thank you (Dr. Panagiotakis is excellent, so is Angel.)

I really look forward to appointments with Dr. Panagiotakis. He always seems very glad to see you, and he remembers what you were working on and sees how you are doing. He is the most caring of the doctors (and people) that I have ever seen.
