Absolutely perfect; showed immense care, is clearly knowledgeable, shared information in ways that both myself and my kiddo could understand and follow; listened intently on questions and answered them thoughtfully; left lots of room for questions to be asked; engaged my kiddo without being condescending; the exam room we were in lent my child and I to be sitting on opposite sides of the room- Dr. Lundgren changed his position so he could talk to both of us at the same time/so his back wasn't to either of us. As I said, just perfection.

Dr. Lundgren made me feel like I was his only patient even though I knew he was very busy. He does a great job explaining what is going on and he doesn't do procedures that he doesn't deem necessary to do.

I have a number of eye conditions making my prescription complex. Dr. Lundgren carefully addresses each in turn. Plus, he patiently goes through the process of refining the final prescription in order to get it precisely correct. I appreciate that.

He is an exceptional clinician, intelligent and affable. In the short. time he is allowed to spend with patients/me we have had some interesting conversations. I ask questions and it certainly seemed he enjoyed answering them; I have enjoyed our exchanges.
