Awarenness, experience, immediate grasp on my concerns and stopped what he was doing ti explain things to me. Not only an excellent physician but gas excellent common sense. Now my husband wishes to change his doctor to Dr Gary E Johnson. It's such a relief to find a medical profession of his calibre.

Simultaneously allowing me to see Dr Johnson as a medical expert who is in control of providing medical care that supports me in maintaining, as well as regaining, my optimal health; while also treating me with respect that allows me to feel that Doctor Johnson sees me as a unique humanbeing and patient. Dr. Johnson never offers "one size fits all" healthcare.

Great knowledge of my medications and conditions for treatment. He asked questions and listened to my responses. I did not feel rushed. He has always had professional advice and welcomes my concerns. I’ve had Dr. Johnson as my primary provider since he graduated from medical school, and started seeing patients. He is a main reason I will be a happy 90 next month.

Dr. Johnson is an outstanding Primary Care Physician. I resent the new policy from Renown that will no longer accept our insurance so we are denied our continuing relationship with Dr. Johnson and his immediate staff. We are now trying to find a new primary care physician after having had Dr. Johnson and other excellent Physicians at UNR meet our medical needs for the past 10 years. Renown no longer has any concern for patients or their care.

They are always outstanding and excellent! Dr.Johnson not only has a great sense of humor but REAL compassion and empathy for his patients. He also creates an environment where it’s safe to ask any questions about our illness or treatment and gives comprehensive answers and never makes you feel dumb for asking. You and us are lucky to have him!

I find Dr. Johnson to be a caring, concerned physician. Both my husband and I are fortunate to have Dr. Johnson as our primary care physician. It is rare today to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients and takes the time to discuss any health issues we are concerned about.
