What else would you like to say about your experience?
My visit with Dr. Go was informative. He was very pleasant. He suggested 2 options l went with the pain relief.
I had a good visit with him.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The provider and I were not communicating on the same level nor understanding of my needs or wants.
I left not really feeling heard nor understood and felt as if he thought I didn't know what I was talking about. He seemed insensitive to my request and felt I made no sense.
Like I didn't know my own feet,ankles and pain.
I felt and feel like I need a second opinion because he left me with unanswered questions.

He was so unprofessional. I came in trying to talk with the doctor to see what was going on with my foot and knee. I came in knowing nothing and left knowing nothing. A waste of my time.

The facility was excellent, and both the physician and the staff provided outstanding care. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive. The only area for improvement is the wait time, as it took quite a while to see the physician. Shortening the wait would make an already great experience even better.

It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Goh is an amazing surgeon, amazing person. The whole group is very nice.

The clinic did not have all the info on what was supposed to be treated like. The doctor didn't seem to know which way was what. They didn't seem to know much about my disability that I was born with.

Dr. Go has treated me for several years for various bone conditions. I would highly recommend him.

I was disappointed in the lack of communication and education given by the doctor. He didn’t even tell me what he thought may be wrong with me. I felt like he had no time for me nor compassion for me and didn’t explain anything. Too cut and dry, no bedside manner.

Dr Go was cold, inpatient, poor bedside manner, seemed to be in a hurry. He spent a full 3-5 minutes with me.

From doctor to every staff member was so concerned about my needs and so very friendly.

Dr. Go had obviously only glanced at my medical history, if he looked at it at all. He also talked down to me and intentionally used the wrong term for my condition, which made things very confusing. Then he was very unclear about treatment options. I felt that I was annoying him by already having a basic understanding of my condition.

I have had so many negative experiences with healthcare workers that my confidence and trust over all is a big zero. Rockhill Orthopedic is an exception to that experience. I’m less fearful of going there and most other places.

The doctor was very abrupt with me and the patient (who has Down Syndrome). Not a good visit!

I had a wonderful experience. I think Dr. Go was awesome. He was patient. He was personable. He was kind. He stayed there after he gave me the shot in my shoulder for the pain. I really would recommend him to anyone, to everyone. I've gone to him for two other orthopedic problems

Dr seen me late then left me in the room for about 30mins said he would be back. Dr has no bedside manners, rushes you made me feel very uncomfortable.

They were running behind. My appointment was at 2:30pm but didn't see MD until about 3:30pm. MD first appeared "rushed" at first but eventually settled in and focused. Really thoroughly explained my options to me, in depth and clear. Really appreciate that attention.

I did not feel heard by Dr Go. He is the only doctor rated meets/exceeds standards by my insurance in your practice. I have scheduled an appointment elsewhere.

Dr Go was running 40mins late. I felt that he rushed me through the appt. Some of his questions were rushed for answers. Appt lasted maybe 10 mins. I actually stopped him in the hallway after appt to clarify his instructions.

The staff was personable, nice, and very respectful. Doctor Go made me feel seen and heard.

Dr Go was very personable. He listened intently to my thoughts and concerns. He was very thorough in his answers and explanations. His treatment suggestions were in my best interest relative to healing my injury.
