When I walk into the office until I leave everyone is great. Becky is always friendly and very helpful & caring. Dr Garner is caring & compassionate. He listens and answers all my questions and provides quality care.

Dr. Robert Garner is AMAZING!! Takes his time with you and explains any concerns you may have in a way that is easy to understand! He treats his patients in a professional and comforting manner. So easy to talk to! So knowledgeable! Very PROUD to have him as our doctor! BJC is LUCKY to have him!!

Dr Garner always takes the time to ask what my concerns are. He never makes you feel like he is in a hurry. I hope I never have to look for another PCP. He explains things in a manner that I can follow.

The staff is amazing and I have never had a bad visit. Dr Garner has excellent bedside manners. He is a very good listener and he wants to see you e well and do well.

Dr Garner and staff are professional and caring. He's very easy to talk to and never rushes us out. We feel heard whenever we speak with him and his personality puts us at ease.

Dr. Gardner is the best physician I've had the pleasure of being a patient for. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and immediate. I definitely appreciate all he brings and his staff bring to the table. They are the best group to work with I've ever experienced.

My 9 year old son has seen many drs and therapists in his lifetime. He was very nervous about meeting another dr. Dr. Garner was absolutely wonderful with him! (His whole staff is great!) Dr. Garner was able to get on my son’s level and hold a conversation with him. I am impressed with how well Dr. Garner knew my son’s chart. It is clear he did his homework before we arrived. By the time we left the clinic, my son was smiling and laughing. He told his siblings all about his experience. I won’t have any trouble getting him back to Dr. Garner again in the future. Thank you for taking the time to establish such a positive environment and first impression for us.

Dr. Gardner and his staff are wonderful and I would recommend him and have recommended him to anyone that I meet that needs a new doctor. Thestaff there and Dr. Gardner is wonderful. He's just changed my life.

I really appreciate the amount of respect Dr. Garner gave me. He did a great job educating me without coming across as pushy or judgmental of my decisions. That is getting harder to find in a dr. I am comfortable bringing my kids to him.

Excellent treatment . Short wait in waiting room before appointment time. Dr. Garner is very personable and easy to discuss medical treatment with. Last physician I had was always late with any
appointment time so I switched to Dr. Garner. Glad I did.

LOVE Dr. Garner! He is not allowed to ever retire. lol. He is kind, understanding, and thorough in his explanations. I truly feel like he is a partner in my healthcare. His nurse is also very welcoming and funny. Staff is always great as well.

Dr Garner is always friendly and very easy to talk to. Always have a good experience with him at BJC. The support staff is also great.
