Yes, it was a great experience. Everything was done perfectly. There was really nothing they could have done any better. So, and I would recommend anyone to Dr. Garner. Thank you very much.

Excellent treatment . Short wait in waiting room before appointment time. Dr. Garner is very personable and easy to discuss medical treatment with. Last physician I had was always late with any
appointment time so I switched to Dr. Garner. Glad I did.

LOVE Dr. Garner! He is not allowed to ever retire. lol. He is kind, understanding, and thorough in his explanations. I truly feel like he is a partner in my healthcare. His nurse is also very welcoming and funny. Staff is always great as well.

Dr Garner is always friendly and very easy to talk to. Always have a good experience with him at BJC. The support staff is also great.

Dr. Garner is very compassionate and never makes your visit feel rushed. He always asks if you have any questions about the treatment plans other concerns about my health. His easy to talk to personality makes the visit pleasant and informative.

My Doctor knows me and my behavior so well that he continues to ask questions and help me understand things. I often think that I’m okay and bulletproof. As a fellow Veteran he talks to me in a way that I understand and trust. God bless you Doc!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had a 2:30 appointment with an arrival time of 2:15. I arrived at 2:05. While in the waiting room many people were called before me. I was not called back until 3:25. I was seen by my doctor at approximately 3:45. I didn’t leave until 4:30.
