Well, I was 20 minutes late for my appointment because I had hard time finding a parking spot. It took me 30 minutes to find one. Dr. Thapar understood my situation and still accommodated me. It meant a lot to me because I needed this appointment for my follow up care as I had some labs drawn and medication changes.If I wasn't accommodated, the next available slot would be atleast 3 or 4 months and it will be too late for my re-evaluation. This is the first time I experienced having difficulty finding a parking spot

There is no point in seeing the doctor if there is not going to be an exam. I reported I am over-heating, my skin is hot to the touch but doctor read off my A1C and then could not run away fast enough.

The person at the check out counter mentioned the Covid vaccine being a live virus and asked if we were aware. Firstly that's completely false. It's dangerous in today's world where people are now getting measles when it was eradicated. I try not to be a stickler about the covid vaccine because it's so loaded. Secondly it should not be common place for non medical personal to disseminate disinformation about something so important to patients as they walk out the door; with pts in the waiting area in ear shot who could he susceptible to believing the providers office staff.

Dr. Thapar is absolutely amazing. I trust her, shevis extremely knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and she is able to solve the problem immediately.

Ot was refreshing to be treated so well. After a year of no personal care, only virtual visits, I felt a need for face-face interaction. Dr. Thapar was concerned about the amount of medication I was taking and put me on a new course of action. It has inly been a few days, and the new medication is starting to take effect. I felt welcome to offer information, ask questions and participate in my care.

My experience was that the provider spent the entirety of my time in the room talking about her daughter, which was very odd. No questions about my health, no discussion of my conditions, just a lot of talk about her family situation and then okay, get your blood work done, see you in six months or maybe a year football. I really, it was very strange. I almost felt like I was being punked. I'm sure she's a very nice woman, but I didn't really feel like I learned anything or that she had a great deal of interest in my health.

Hello, Dr. Thapar is very friendly and professional. I just wish that I could get appointments faster in many of the medical offices, but sometimes it's hard to get an appointment, you know, when you're kind of in a rush to talk to her, but she's really great. Thank you.
