The doctor that I had prior to Alicia Gappa was cold and short in their answers. Certainly not the type of demeanor that a doctor should have. Alicia Gappa is a breath of fresh air. She doesn't make you feel rushed and truly seems to care.

I have been her patient for many years. Every visit I have with her is consistently excellent. Rarely does one find a provider with both deep medical expertise AND great compassion, and she is one of the few that has both. I am lucky to have her as my PCP.

Had to wait 20-30 minutes, but it was totally worth it! She was amazing, and I could tell she really cared.

I am happy with how friendly and respectful she is. She takes the time to listen and seems to truly care. She makes sure if I have any questions that they are answered and I don't feel rushed either.
