Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful, as always. I can definitely call Hiral extraordinary. She’s consistently warm and caring. She listens to my concerns and we thoroughly discuss her recommendations/suggestions. Talking to her is easy and comfortable, and I leave confident I’ve had great care.

I very much appreciated how quickly Hiralben Gandhi NP responded to my message on My Chart, scheduled me quickly for an appointment, and was very thorough, professional, and approachable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Fast fix for my ailments...but that isn't practical!

So far everyone at Sunset Hills Adult Medicine has been fantastic. I feel very respected and listened to.

Hiral is always amazing! She listens to me, and helps me plan my care. She goes over all of my meds and thoroughly explains the side effects and implications of using these meds. She’s also very responsive to my messages.

Had a great visit with Hiral. She takes time to answer questions and explains things so I can understand.

Haril always makes me feel extremely comfortable and we carry on conversation like we are old friends. My blood pressure is never high from “white coat syndrome” around her. She is always friendly and respectful of my medical decisions. I never feel rushed during my appointment and she is very thorough. Too bad she doesn’t take on new patients because I would refer all my family and friends her way.

Hiral is great. Good listener. I feel heard and she is always thorough with my medical issues. Always checks MyChart to see what I have dealt with since my last visit with her. I really appreciate her care and understanding.

Hiralben Gandhi did a excellent job making me feel comfortable and answering my 5000 questions. She's helpful, thoughtful and funny. Makes going to the doctors office alot easier. Great person to work with!

My NP is the absolute best!!! She always listens to my concerns, we dicuss any/all pros & cons. Always, open & honest. I truly value her opinion and trust her completely!

This was my actual first visit with her and she was awesome. I really liked her. She listened to me. She interacted with me and she was very nice. Would definitely recommend her.

The Nurse practitioner Heribel Was so tentative, professional, and sweet and a great personality. She was very thorough. She was very concerned on how I felt and moving forward. I enjoyed her visit very much.

Hiralben was very thorough during the visit and about my insulin and diabetes questions. She was also very reassuring about my recent chronic pancreatitis diagnosis.

Ms Gandhi offered me extraordinary care at my appointment yesterday. I needed to have my symptoms evaluated and documented in case this was needed to accompany my husband to an upcoming medical appointment. I appreciated her depth of knowledge and conversational manner as we talked.

Each time I visit or have contact via phone or message with any of the staff at Sunset Hills Adult Medicine, I am treated with courtesy and respect. The staff are consistently professional in their words and actions. Hiral and [staff] were good listeners and helpful professionals. Thank you to all your staff!
