I was happy with both Dr.Gandi and her nurse. They were both professional and friendly. She was filling in and I was treated like she was my doctor.

Hiral was wonderful, great personality and very knowledgeable. I had a very pleasant appointment

The practice got me an appointment very quickly and took my challenges with transportation into account, offering a virtual visit. NP Hiral explained the process of the virtual appt very clearly but the most outstanding quality was the time and patience she demonstrated during our appt. I never felt rushed and she had good insight into my concerns. NP Hiral also followed up very timely and reached out the next day to make sure i didn’t have any questions. This practice is outstanding!

Hiral Ghandi was running very late for my appointment this time, and I waited nearly an hour after being put in a room. This was very unusual, but I had other appointments that day that I had to rearrange due to the length of my doctor visit.

I think Dr. Ghandi herself was very good at knowing my past history. This is only the second time that I have seen her. She really listened to what I had to say. I’m only learning other names. Everyone was very prompt & happy to answer any questions.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was very satisfied with the visit. I can’t think of anything that needed help on this visit.

Hiral is always very professional and takes time to listen. She explains things very well. I always leave her appointments feeling like I’m well taken care of. I’m so glad I found her, she is amazing.

Hiralben is the best of the best. I'm diabetic, a stroke survivor and have chronic pancreatitis. Hiralben explained all the pros and cons of med changes I asked about and how they could impact me. She is very thorough and informative.

I am so glad to have Nurse Gandhi taking care of my medical needs. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I am very grateful that she listens to me, discusses various treatments and follows up with me as necessary. She is a wonderful staff member to your practice.

Gandhi was excellent and spent more time with me than expected, which I appreciated. Honestly, thumbs up to the team. I had an early morning appointment so I understand not serving wine and cheese 😀
