She is amazing. I have been pleased with everyone I saw at this practice. Especially her. I would recommend her without hesitation. She spent time with us. First time I saw her. Would be more than happy to see her again.

Ms Gandhi offered me extraordinary care at my appointment yesterday. I needed to have my symptoms evaluated and documented in case this was needed to accompany my husband to an upcoming medical appointment. I appreciated her depth of knowledge and conversational manner as we talked.

Each time I visit or have contact via phone or message with any of the staff at Sunset Hills Adult Medicine, I am treated with courtesy and respect. The staff are consistently professional in their words and actions. Hiral and [staff] were good listeners and helpful professionals. Thank you to all your staff!

This was my first visit with Hiralben Gandhi. She was so warm and caring. She didn’t make me feel rushed and explained my issues so I felt comfortable that I understood everything. I felt she really listened to everything I told her. What a wonderful asset she is to this organization. Hiralben is an amazing NP.

When Hiralben Gandhi, NP came in was very friendly and took time to listen go over everything and then informed me what she felt I needed to do in what order and asked if I was ok with everything. I feel like every time I see her, she takes the time to really listen and I always leave feeling like I could have not received better care anywhere then when I see her. Hiralben Gandhi, NP And her staff are the very best. Always a 5 Star in my eyes.

My wait to see Hiral was very short. I felt that she knows me well and enters the exam room cheerful and attentive to me. She took her time, listened carefully, and repeated plan of care so I understood. She includes my opinion and answers my questions respectfully. She is a great healthcare provider for me.

Nurse Gandhi is an exceptional person to deal with for my medical care. She is so friendly, always has a beautiful smile (it shows in her eyes even when she’s wearing a mask), and she listens to me- which is GREAT!

The NP was super fast to see me and get my results back. I did feel at times she was on autopilot as far as "seeing someone with uri symptoms" and not really listening to me as a person, but I think that's an issue with healthcare as a whole and not her as a provider.
