Geralda Gandhi was a very, she exceptionally went through, was so thorough, was so pleasant, was so helpful. It was just made me feel so good because I was not feeling well when I came in. But she goes above and beyond and like I said, is just so nice doing it, so helpful. Very good experience.

Since last time I was there I felt more like a number than a patient. The feeling of the place has changed. I've been a patient there for over 20 years

I had a great experience everywhere. Doctor explained everything to me. I appreciate the staff and I appreciate the facility for being there.

Hirial Ghandi is an excellent listener. She has a compassion for her patients. She called with my lab results and explained what she felt was a good plan of treatment.

Hiral is the greatest! I have the greatest confidence in her. She saved my sister’s life! I will continue with her as long as I can!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This NP is one I never want to see again. She disregarded me and my thoughts about what was happening with me while i was in the appointment. This is the second time i have seen her and both times she didn't know my record from being part of that office. I do not have confidence in her ability to treat me or others as a patient.

The NP, Ms Gandhi was good. Listen to my issues and provided a clear course of action. She even called back to review the results of the X-ray. She is very good. I have had for an issue before and found her extremely helpful.

I absolutely adore my provider. She listens, she explains, and I would recommend anyone to see her. I feel very well taken care of when I am with her.

I'm claustrophobic and was put at ease. Each person l dealt with was wonderful and the test was over so quickly and I was back on my way home.

I was happy with both Dr.Gandi and her nurse. They were both professional and friendly. She was filling in and I was treated like she was my doctor.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I believe I felt everyone was extraordinary and was very connected to the patient and worked to keep the patients know what was the next step in the process for them. The patients are timely informed. It is very important to keep the patient informed and this office does that excellently Great.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I could not having anything to improve visit. From the time I came through I had a smile on My face because all as was expected and staff was all great. Happy holidays and a happy and a healthy New Year for All of us. Thanks.

The practice got me an appointment very quickly and took my challenges with transportation into account, offering a virtual visit. NP Hiral explained the process of the virtual appt very clearly but the most outstanding quality was the time and patience she demonstrated during our appt. I never felt rushed and she had good insight into my concerns. NP Hiral also followed up very timely and reached out the next day to make sure i didn’t have any questions. This practice is outstanding!

Hiral Ghandi was running very late for my appointment this time, and I waited nearly an hour after being put in a room. This was very unusual, but I had other appointments that day that I had to rearrange due to the length of my doctor visit.

I think Dr. Ghandi herself was very good at knowing my past history. This is only the second time that I have seen her. She really listened to what I had to say. I’m only learning other names. Everyone was very prompt & happy to answer any questions.

I was very satisfied with the visit. I can’t think of anything that needed help on this visit.

Hiral is always very professional and takes time to listen. She explains things very well. I always leave her appointments feeling like I’m well taken care of. I’m so glad I found her, she is amazing.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hiralben is the best of the best. I'm diabetic, a stroke survivor and have chronic pancreatitis. Hiralben explained all the pros and cons of med changes I asked about and how they could impact me. She is very thorough and informative.
