She is so kind and professional. I felt very at ease with her, she has an authentic kindness, she GENUINELY listens and cares. I have been to other providers in other networks where it is all business, no personality, no empathy but with Dr. Nancy, I feel I finally found my primary care provider. She listened, she advised, she cared about what I had to say and I felt very comfortable with her which is extremely important to me. I love her directness, answered all of my questions and I WILL definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends.
