Just a feel you get when you know they have it in one sock, all flaps tucked in, wired tight, and nothing leaking. It wasn't that they answered my questions, it was HOW they answered them that. No condescending tone, no brusk or brush of sneer in their respective replies either. They listened first, talked second.
