After our primary care doctor left years ago we tried a couple other doctors in the practice then tried Jamie Galvan. She has been amazing. She takes her time and is so personable and really listens to you. My husband and I definitely would recommend her to any of our friends.

After Dr King left years ago we tried seeing many other doctors and were so lucky to have tried Jamie Galvan. She is patient and kind and listens and gives you time and never feels like she's rushing to see the next patient.

Dr Galvan was good, however, the length of time I spent in the waiting room before being called in was unacceptable. Over an hr with NO ONE updating as to why I had to wait so long

My experience on the day of my appointment I just knew was going to be just like my last visit, very unpleasant. However, from the front desk clerk to the nurse who took me straight to the back was completely amazing customer service. Not a long wait at all. My NP arrived and from the beginning you could feel the compassion. Thank you, Jamie, for going above and beyond to try and help me. Wish she could be my PCP. I would recommend her to everyone!!!!

As I stated earlier my experience with Jamie was the best first encounter I've ever had with a Doctor/NP/PCP. I switched her to my primary PCP as soon as I got home.

NP Galvan is a caring, intelligent, and personable human. I absolutely love her and would prefer to have all future care through her. She is one of the most helpful and thorough healthcare professionals I have encountered. Amazing all around. 10/10

Jamie was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She’s a good listener and she explains everything thats she recommends, like the medicine and the vaccines. I really appreciate her going above and beyond for her patients.

She was good. She listen and took the time unlike the others I have seen within IHA. This is the way it should be. How you supposed to treat someone and understand what is going on if you dont take the time to listen. I hate how this is all about money. I will she her again.

Jamie is the absolute best provider I have ever had. She is very thorough and has helped me with my myriad of conditions better than any MD. She actually takes the time to discuss things with me she is never rushed and her diagnostice skills are AMAZING.

Good listener and always informative on the issues i ask about. I feel like every time have am appt i get smarter and leave with a solution or at least progress on my issue/request. Jamie knows her stuff. Appreciate this type of care for myself and my family.

When coming in for a Doctors appt. I’m a bit nervous so having someone one who is knowledgeable, pleasant always calms me down and I feel more comfortable.

Jamie too the time to relieve me from my fears of judgment. I struggle with managing all aspects of my health at once and try to work on each part as best I can. Once I have a grasp on something then I can use that effort towards improving another part. Jamie helped me recognize that my medications are tools to help me reach my health goals. She was patient, listened well, and spoke clearly and in a way I could understand.

I’m sincerely grateful for my interactions with Jamie and the rest of the staff. I don’t like to take up too much time and am always afraid of speaking up about how much I struggle. I appreciate the time spent helping me get myself back on track towards my health goals.
