I recently lost my husband. He was also a patient of Dr Jack. I could not ask for a more compassionate, caring, thoughtful, primary care doctor than Dr Jack. His nurse is equally amazing. They always treat us with such kindness and respect.

Dr Jack Galbraith always listens and provides the best all around care I could ask for. His assistant also provides very good care. They are both friendly and professional.

I appreciated how the doctor and nurse thought out loud as they looked over my records and asked questions. I truly felt that I was completely part of the examination.

I find Dr. Jack Galbraith to be an incredible human being. I feel very confident in his abilities and he's a very emphatic person. A pleasure to go see him and the staff treated me very well. I can't say enough good things about him. I'm sending other members, my family to see him.

Everything is fabulous. I am over the top impressed, not only with the staff, nurse, Dr. Galbrath. It's over the top, old school, have not experienced this since primary. I'm just over the top impressed with these doctors. It's amazing.

The doctor listens well and allows me to participate in my own care. He is positive and I can leave his office feeling like he can help me be the healthiest I can be!

My doctor, Dr Jack Galbraith is an extraordinary primary care physician . Doctor Jack listens and has always given me exceptional care. When needed he refers me to other practioners and his referrals have also been excellent. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Jack Galbraith as my doctor.
