Dr Jack was very informative and we had a great visit, this was my first time meeting him and I am glad I decided to make the switch between doctors

Dr. Jack put me at ease and explained the recommended future action. It was more like a friendly conversation. At the end of the visit, it was very clear to me as to what I need to do to improve my health. He also followed up with my surgeon's office to schedule a CT scan.
