Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Jack Galbraith is a personal hero of mine. I know that sounds silly, but his attention to my own issues cannot be overstated. Dr. Jack is actually improving improving my physical health as well as my mental health.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Jack Galbraith is interested in my health and how to maintain / improve it. He considers the health results and not the money brought into the facility. This is why I transitioned as a patient with him.

Nothing at the moment. This was my first BJC appointment, and I am pleased.

Dr Galbraith was very easy to talk to. He listened and took plenty of time to explain his recommendations. I was very pleased with my visit.

Dr Jack Galbraith and his longtime nurse assistant were and always are first class in every way. Dr Jack always takes the time to listen to a number of my loosely related questions about all issues. Have been under his care for a long time, and even continued to see him after he changed medical groups. He is excellent in every way.

The doctor is proactive with treatment, but not demanding that I get all testing done at once, but over time.

The visit itself was great. I highly recommend this doctor to all friends and family.

This experience has changed my life. I have always thought I was pretty healthy but then started feeling bad and chest pains. Dr. Galbraith and his staff were kind, attentive, and caring and after only 2 appointments I am feeling great, improving my health, and have a long term plan to improve and maintain my health for the future. If there is a way to let him know I appreciate him please do so. 10/10 and that’s only because there is not a higher score than perfect. Thank you

Nothing. I only wish I would have made the appointment 3-4 years sooner. Nothing for improvement on your end.

I have followed Dr Galbraith from his previous group, he is a physician worth traveling for as he takes a vested interest in diet and preventative measures to ward off disease.

Saw both nurse and Dr Jack on this visit. I felt they were both very thorough in asking questions about my health since the last visit. They make me very comfortable and involve me in decisions and solutions.

Dr. Jack Galbraith is always concerned about my overall health and never misses anything. He ask questions, but more importantly listened. He makes sure I am vaccinated and keeping up with regular blood test and mammograms. He and his assistant are always friendly and attentive. He is the best doctor that I’ve ever had.

Dr Galbraith saw me at the moment I was scheduled and was very kind, considerate and acted as if I was the only patient he had that day, staying and talking with me for 40 minutes. Very personable with a positive attitude.

Dr Jack is the best. I started seeing him 10+ years ago but had to switch providers due to insurance. As soon as I saw he was coming to BJC, I immediately made sure to contact his office again.

Dr. Jack Galbraith is extraordinary in every way. He has an excellent grasp of patient care, listening to a patients concerns, directing patients toward a healthy lifestyle, and doing so in a nonjudgemental way that makes the patient more receptive.

Dr. Jack Galbraith is extraordinary. His listening and involving the patient in decisions as well as taking adequate time and not making the patient feel rushed should be the gold standard other doctors strive for. Also, his nurse was so kind and friendly, making me feel important and welcomed.
