Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Jack Galbraith was very attentive to my concerns about my health and he took the time to discuss all of my previous test results with me, answer all of my questions and provide advice on ways for me to improve my health going forward. The test results from my visit with Dr. Galbraith were available the next day and he provided me with an update on my test results. Everyone that I interacted with during my visit were very kind, helpful and efficient.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Really, nothing could have been done better during my visit. I am very pleased with my entire visit that day from start to finish.

The nurse and Doctor took the time to make sure they had all the information to help make an informative decision. the nurse was very helpful in making sure my EKG was done so the doctor had the results when he entered the room which allowed my visit to be efficient use of time. they were both very through they both exceeded my expectation.

I cannot think of anything to improve the visit at this time.

Dr. Galbraith, is probably the most thorough doctor I’ve ever seen. He takes a proactive approach to health care and explains treatment plans better than most doctors. I couldn’t ask for a better primary care physician.

Dr Galbraith is so kind and respectful. He never makes me feel like he has to hurry and get to his next patient. He is very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Jack Galbraith has been my doctor for some time now. He is kind, thorough and thoughtful. I know he cares and wants the best health for me. You know you are not just "the next patient" like I had experienced before becoming his patient.

Dr Jack is the BEST MD I have ever had, listens to ME!! i've known me now for 77 years and am familiar w me ;=) Recently my spouse has a dementia dx and i teared up saying my struggles so far, Dr reiterated the direction I knew/know I need to start w "support" groups. He made certain I have return visits scheduled

Dr. Jack Galbraith is a caring doctor. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and he has always ready to listen and help me with my medical concerns. His staff is always so helpful and just as nice as they can be. Thank you very much for helping with me with my medical concerns.

Dr Jack and the staff are professional, friendly, and very attentive to my medical needs. Dr. Jack was responsible for recommending a heart monitor which lead to a pacemaker ultimately playing a crucial role in potentially saving my life.

This was my first time seeing Dr Galbraith. I felt very welcomed by his staff and was so thankful for the excellent care I was given. I’ve been going through a very challenging time in my life and was a bit nervous of how this would be handled. The amount of concern, sympathy and support I was given was beyond what I could have expected. I’m very thankful to have found this office and look forward to being a long term patient at this practice.
