The doctor listens well and allows me to participate in my own care. He is positive and I can leave his office feeling like he can help me be the healthiest I can be!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My doctor, Dr Jack Galbraith is an extraordinary primary care physician . Doctor Jack listens and has always given me exceptional care. When needed he refers me to other practioners and his referrals have also been excellent. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Jack Galbraith as my doctor.

The weather was awful, but the team went out of their way to accommodate. I’ve never had a more pleasant doctor’s visit. For the first time in more than a decade, I’m excited about my PCP!

I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment time and waited in lobby less than 5 minutes of my arrival. Dr Jack was just as timely after the nurse finished. Very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of Dr Jack's operation! Highly recommend.

I felt the doctor really listened and worked toward suggesting a lifestyle change that was feasible and would benefit me.

The whole staff is great from the doctor on down. I hope he never leave his practice. He is the best doctor I ever had . And I'm 72 years old. They all deserve a Big pat on the back.

Everyone was so nice, helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed! The facility was spotless and expectations were well explained. The entire care team and Dr. Jack just blew my expectations out of the water; it was also very refreshing to see a preventative and overall health focused approach to medicine.
