Dr Galanes made an appointment for me in her already booked day. She wanted to resolve an issue we were working on my chart messenger. My visit to the office solved the problem. Dr Galanes always goes above and beyond to help her patients.

Dr. Galanes never makes me feel rushed . She listens to me and is proactive, making sure that I have all my immunization and explaining what I need and do not need. She also cleaned out my very waxy ear!
