Professional staff but very kind. Short waiting time. The ability to speak with my doctor with feeling rush. My doctor also explained and answered any questions that I had.

I loved Dr. Silberman, except that I waited two hours to see him.

I waited an hour to see the PA and then another half hour to see the doctor. When I finally saw them they spent a good amount of time explaining the various options. The long wait was the downside. The professionalism and time spent was the upside.
