The worst part about this practice is the amount of patients they've recently taken on. The wait time for an appointment is out of control and once you do finally get into the office, your in & out in 25 minutes. Additionally, every time I have an appointment, I see a different provider. The initial provider I booked with is basically impossible to see anymore so I'm basically stuck with whoever has more availability in their calendar, and I never get the same provider twice. So much for personalized patient care when profitability is at stake.

Gabriella Haines was amazing. She took the time to explain all options to me and reassured me that I was taking steps towards feeling better. I will definitely ask to see her again.

I was pleasantly impressed by the staff of dr Davidson office. they called me to let me know that the provider (Dr. Haines) is running a few minutes late. In fact the provider was under 2 min late and I couldn't even notice. Thank you very much for such a lovely experience. Thank you.

The woman who examined me, Gabrielle, did not do right by me. She failed to make understandable what was happening. I was given a very large switch to me medication but I didn't understand what was happening. I had to speak with Dr. [REDACTED] 2 days later and she is trying to help me. I'm extremely concerned and worried

Great experience ! The needle biopsy didn't hurt and I was given an ice pack to prevent bruising. No wait time and the procedure was done in a timely fashion as well being done carefully .

Gabrielle Haines listened to me, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was caring and friendly. We came up with a new plan of attack for my condition. The check out ladies were very friendly and one saw I was hot and shared her mini fan with me.

My tela health provider was very helpful, and answered a few questions that i had even before I asked them.. I was however disapointed that upon scheduling this appointment I requested the nurse to order blood work to aid the visit, but it was NOT relayed... and now I have to wait until I receive the script in the mail. Additionally I am listed as Quest for blood work and I have only used labcorp.

I have to go back tomorrow. They have to redo syncing my sensor with my phone and theirs. They put my sensor on me and it's not working. I don't know if the problem is with the sensor or with the installation of Libre 3 and syncing of all device. Have to redo the visit
