Dr. Manzi is the best. His support staff are not responsive and extremely frustrating to work with lately. They have really gone downhill in their service to patients in a timely and responsive manner. If I could have the doctor and go to a better clinic I would move. But I think the problem is with Holy Cross Health management of their clinics in general. So not a reasonable solution!!
