While demonstrating an extremely high level of professionalism, she also extended, compassion, dignity and a genuine concern for my personal care and needs. While direct, she was thorough and took extra time to answer all of my questions. She made one profound statement during the consultation time which resonated me "my (her) goal is to keep you (me) of the ER." Along with the other attributes already mentioned, this statement built the highest level of trust for my treatments going forward.

Professional and authoritative -- knows her stuff -- but is able to translate it into what you need to know and are worried about, both in terms of the answers she gives and the care from Franciscan Urology she offers rather than shuffling you off. I have a son who's a PT, a daughter who is an OT, a grandaughter studying to be a PA who's at the top of her class -- and two nieces who are RA's with administrative as well as medical duties, and who are both competent and caring. My experience today was like being with family in terms of trusting.

Emily is very knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and she looks at you when talking to you. I have one doctor I go to at Francisican and he never looks at me and doesn't answer my questions in a way that's comfortable to me. Emily was just the opposite. Very attentive!

She’s the best! She took on problems that I wasn’t even there for and really seemed to want to help me. Her “bedside manner” is by far the best I have ever seen in my 84 years! Thanks so much!

Dr. Fritz is very knowledgeable, and well versed on urology health and problems. Very well organized, with a systematic approach to solving and/or living with urology ills. She has a extraordinary bedside manner. She talks through and explains thoroughly.

See above. I'm sorry I was unprepared for the appointment. I had recently had a tooth abscess and root canal and took a 7 day regimen of Amoxicillin, which put me completely "out of whack." I think that's the medical term. ; )
Nothing is going well, and I've kind of given up on it ever getting better. But Ms. Fritz is good at her job. I'm just pretty much done.
