Erin was terrific. I had MANY questions and she answered them all. She listened well, was thorough, and was very patient with me. I left the office having a much better understanding of all that was done during surgery, which encouraged me and relieved some frustration with my recovery.

Dr Bernis staff is very professional and caring. Dr Berni is an excellent surgeon and we would recommend him to everyone for orthopedic surgery and care.

I arrived at their office early and was taken in right away and was done even before my scheduled appointment time.

My wait time in the exam room was about 30 minutes which I felt was a little excessive. There was no acknowledgment of this.

I was very pleased with the help I got. She also showed me an exercise that I could use that might help my bruisitis. I was very pleased with the help I give.

I drive two hours just to go to this office. The staff, the PA's, the nurses and the doctors are excellent and well worth the trip. I have complete confidence in them and are the only group I would trust with this work on me.

The PA did a fabulous job. Matter of fact, she did a better job than doctor does. So I'm glad that she's doing them now.

Erin is to be commended for the way she had to think outside the box for releasing adhesives from my highly adhesive-sensitive skin when a product used for this type of release was not available at the facility. She worked slowly and methodically, stopping when I would wince, giving me a moment to get through the pain. Just fantastic patient care, hands down.
