Natasha is always extraordinary and so are the staff

Natasha is outstanding. She has treated both our children and I cannot say enough good things about her. Not only is she incredibly intelligent and provided excellent medical care, her bedside manner is unmatched. She looks at the child when she speaks to them and is locked into their needs during the appointment. She never seems distracted or rushed. She pauses so the children can speak. She is truly invested in the child as a person and it is so so (so) comforting. She is warm and friendly and very easily approachable. She handles difficult conversations with tact and awareness of those present in the room. I literally cannot say enough positive things about the care we have received from Natasha.

I love that Natasha had us come in so that she can check my son’s lungs and look in his ears. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure my son was okay and he did have an ear infection so I’m so grateful that she had us come in due to him being exposed to Covid.

Natasha was phenomenal. She answered all of our first time parent questions, was patient, very helpful, and very reassuring!

Dr. Natasha Fresenburg has been the biggest blessing. She is very reassuring, listens to all our concerns, is willing to go above and beyond to make sure we leave with answers, and is extremely supportive. My daughters love visiting her because she talks to them in a way they can comprehend what’s going on and she makes them feel safe. We love her!

Everyone there is already great

Natasha walked us down to area for X-ray and made sure we knew where everything was. After our visit she promptly called to explain results. When new info was found, she left a detailed message through mychart explaining new medication.
