Gina is not my daughter’s PCP however, every time we got appointments with her, she treated us with exceptional care. She spent plenty of time listening to us, addressing all our concerns, both parent and child. She always looked up past history before meeting with us so we don’t have to repeat same information over. Out of all providers from multiple different clinics/profession, Gina was one of the best, if not the best provider we ever worked with. She doesn’t just treat patients with common courtesy but goes above and beyond to make the appointment comfortable, worthwhile and thorough.

Prolonged wait time, was told a wrong appointment time and waited over 40 minutes to see provider. Frustrating wasting personal time. My experience with this office is and being remotely close to on time with appointment is disappointing.

Even getting me the test results right away the next morning, which was a Saturday, was timely. Great information over the phone too.
