The provider did not know why I was there, expect for that I was there for headaches. He didn’t know any of my history or that I was not a new pt to neurology. I know providers are busy but having even a small amount of knowledge regarding why a pt is there or what their history is would not only make a pt feel more confident in their care but would also save time in having to provide all this information to the provider at the appt.

I appreciate that Dr Freitag took the time to listen to the history of my symptoms and how it affects my daily life and prevents me from working. He was very kind and empathetic about the situation. He addressed a lot of my concerns and provided good advice and options for treatment. Over the past 3 years of this health problem, he was the first Dr to seem to care enough to try to find solutions and also provide me with options and proper information about risks and side-effects to those options. He was very thorough and I appreciate that.
