I sent messages via My Chart and Kimberly [ ] was prompt and helpful with the responses. She called me yesterday to check on me and discuss in depth the questions I sent. She is a gem.
In 15 minutes, Dr. Cushner helped me more than Columbia doctors did over the course of 1 month and 2 appointments.

We have a long history. This is not the first procedure he performed on me. I was the first surgery Dr Cushner performed when the practice he belonged to moved to Leno-Hill Hospital more than 20 years ago.

Dr. Cushner was a 10/10. Had arranged several appt with Several docs from HSS and NYU. After meeting (and low key vetting Dr. Cushner) . I knew he would be my Dr. He listened he was transparent empathetic and answered patiebtly answered every one of my 20 questions. Hes Well experienced in latest knee technology! Plus he trained the other HSS Dr's I was scheduled to meet with! After 4 opinions I finally found my surgeon
