I think Dr. Franzen is very caring and never rushes to get me through my appointment. She sits down and really listens to what I have to say.

I always feel listened to and comfortable - the staff and doctor are always kind and courteous. You don't feel rushed

Dr. Monica Franzen has about the best bedside manner (for lack of a better descriptor) of any healthcare provider I have ever encountered. A warmer, more caring person would be hard, if not impossible, to find.

Dr Franzen is very thorough. Something new from my previous GYN is the nurse comes back in during the exam part. My questions were answered, and I felt my needs individually attended. Women's health is so important-I'm very thankful.

Dr. Franzen is the most fantastic doctor I have ever had! I can’t say enough good things about her to EVERYONE who asks for a provider recommendation!

Everyone was fabulous. Dr. Franzen even drew me a picture to help me explain the difference a cyst and a fibroid. Overall great experience!

I've always had a great experience with dr. Franzen and this time was no different. I always recommend her if someone is looking for a new obgyn!

I actually returned to Dr. Franzen after moving my care. We were notified she was going out of the network, but that was incorrect...so when I realized it was, I went back. She is beyond the best!!!

I was overall actually very pleased with my care. My one primary concern was that I felt as though I was more than a little rushed out of the office, especially towards the end, when I still wanted to discuss a little bit more with my provider, my care, and kind of next steps and sort of my unique situation. So I did feel as though there was a little bit of a rush through the process, but particularly at the end. So my number one recommendation would be that the provider be given the opportunity and the ability and also have the impetus to have a little bit more time with the patient, especially towards the end of the appointment, because as many people who are very seasoned providers will tell you, it's usually whatever it is that the patient says at the end of the appointment that's what it is that has really been bothering them that they just haven't had the courage to

Dr. Franzen is so good at what she does, she could make me cry happy tears. She's a caring individual and a competent doctor. She is absolutely in the right field for her, and as a patient who gets to have her on my 'team' I'm grateful.
