He really took the time to educate & explain. He even had a thorough knowledge of my medical history which went back to 2016 for this particular medical issue! 2016 - what doctor has that thorough of knowledge. He was kind and sincere in his desire to help me understand so I could make a ( to me) scary decision on surgery.
