I did my pre appointment check in online and the professional concern when I arrived. It's always nice to see smiling faces.
My wait time was just a few minutes and the doctor was very courteous and understanding. He took time to listen to me and answered my questions with ease.
He even walked me out.
My visit made me feel welcomed ❤️

Great and friendly staff. I truly like the easy parking lot. I like updated by email and text. I wish this was my first doctor instead of number 17, if I had started with UAB first I would not have been asking questions and pondering my issues.

Dr. Benesh was outstanding and caring along with his staff. Dr. Benesh took my symptoms serious, listened to me in detail, asked extensive questions and never made me feel rushed. I am so thankful I was able to get an appointment with him. I look forward to my next visit for further testing.

Everyone was extremely nice and understanding. Dr. Benesh explained everything where i could understand my condi. The ladies in the lab were patient and gentle when taking my blood.

Dr. Benesh is wonderful.
He is a kind and caring Dr. He gave me answers to questions I needed to ask, but I couldn't even come up because of my lack of mental capacity at the time of our appointment. He is without a doubt an amazing doctor and a huge asset to your staff.

He took a lot time with me to help me with my health issues when I visited him...I felt immediately at ease and confident in my receiving expert medical care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist. Staff was great, too!

Dr Benesh listened to me and took time to explain his thoughts. I didn't feel like another case but an actual person who he cared about! I also appreciated the fact that he explained my pain to me in detail and told me this is real. He was getting tle and kind. He gave me more resources to research so I could even further understand my diagnosis. Dr Benesh explained what he thought was going on with my head and didn't want to try to max the symptoms with lots of medicines but rather tool a more holistic approach and I loved that!!!! I cannot sing his praise enough about his bed side manner and his demeanor.

There is a level of comfort that is created when you have an entire team of caregivers who are willing to listen completely. This was what I received from my care team at TKC-Neurology. As a patient, it means more to me than they will ever know. I would absolutely recommend TKC-Neurology to anyone who has not had the opportunity to receive this level of care, as it is exactly what every patient deserves. Having a positive outlook on your health is so much easier when you know that you're in the BEST hands.
