Dr Benesh was extremely explanatory. He throughly explained and discussed my diagnosis and made very clear treatment options. He welcomed my input and thoughts on every aspect of my care. I highly recommend him to anyone needing neurological care.

Staff was nice and caring. Neurologist Dr, Benesh was kind, listened and communicated very well. From his summary of my symptoms and review of my imaging and tests, I felt that not only was he trustworthy in his medicine but also and importantly, that i was in good hands. I was also impressed that he included me in decision making for my health. Instead of feeling scared, I felt empowered.

Dr Benesh was very attentive and patient. He listened and allowed me to ask questions. He also eased my mind about the results of my MRI. His staff was very friendly.

Dr. Benesh and the staff at UAB Highlands neurology seem as if they truly care about the patient. Dr. Benesh spent time talking with me about my symptoms and what we could do to help. I would recommend him to anybody.

Benesh lisrtened, examined, commented and ordered further evaluation. Thinking through my symptoms , exam and what else could explain neuropathy sx and RLS besides obvious DM2,OSA but exam and description not match up exactly.

My wait time was very short about five minutes. Everyone that attended to my needs during my appointment were very courteous and professional. Dr Benesh was very efficient and talked about my needs and concerns. He was relaxed and spoken terms that were easily understood.

Dr. Benesh was outstanding. He spent over an hour with me as a new patient. I felt heard, understood and not rushed. This is how health care should be. It made me thankful for choosing UAB!
