Kelly and I discussed my concerns/health issue. From our conversation we came up with a plan to help identify the root cause and different ideas to try at home. She took the time to listen and was informative, she shared different documents and articles to help me at home. Have a follow up appointment with Kelly in a few weeks and feel confident we will see an improvement. Thank you
