She recorded the wrong BP. She never called in the medication I came in for. She never provided the NECESSARY documents for me to sign, to receive the medication. I had to return the NEXT day-because they never answered the phone! 1 FULL hour on hold. I walked into the office, still on hold, and the receptionist, was doing nothing!

She took the time to listen and was informative, she shared different documents and articles to help me at home. Have a follow up appointment with Kelly in a few weeks and feel confident we will see an improvement. Thank you
