As someone who has worked in mental health outpatient and inpatient settings, I can truly state that your staff was exceptional in making me feel welcome. In addition discussion regarding my health and treatment plan was done in a way that did not make me feel the need to have a medical dictionary in my hands, but rather I was spoken to as an equal which allowed me to feel comfortable and open to the professional's suggestions and was made to feel as a partner in my medical care.

The wait time was not long. The nurse who I dealt with before the doctor was nice. The doctor was amazing. He really cared about my concerns.
