Dr. Lai asked questions relative to the reason for my appointment. My wife and I felt comfortable speaking with him. He has a good sense of humor and put us at ease. He recommended following up on a different issue (sleep study) with my primary physician. His recommendations were much appreciated. A 6-week follow-up appointment was made before leaving.

I know that Dr Lai has a very busy practice but despite that he always takes time to provide clear explanations. He always provides time for my questions and he answers them clearly and thoughtfully. I'm very happy with the care he is providing me.
