Dr. Lai communicates in a very conversational manner. He allows time for questions and genuinely wants to make sure I understood everything in his explanations and answers to my questions. I feel very at ease when seeing him.

The best experience with a Doctor any patient would want. The Dr was pleasant , knowledgeable, clear explanation of the MRI and CT scan and offered very precisely the best treatment solution going forward
