Great assistance from Nurse Bobby getting Mom in quickly to see her PCP Dr Frank Alena.
Dr Frank ran test and has already responded on MyChart in one day about Mom test results and further follow up. He also put in a referral for a kidney specialist to review Mom’s test results. Very pleased with Dr Frank Alena and Nurse Bobby and his nurse assistant. Great team!

As always, Dr Alena comes in totally prepared, knows why I am there, and my history with Piedmont. He is very professional, and knows me as a patient. He asks the right questions to get to the issue at hand and gives the best professional advice to handle my issues. He is one of the best doctors I have known.

Dr. Alena is the best primary care physician I have ever gone to. He clearly cares a great deal about his patients and take the time to understand any issues I am experiencing and helps to come up with the best resolution time. He also takes the time to explain things which I greatly appreciate.
