I saw Dr. Shafer when I went to urgent care clinic. Everyone i encountered was friendly and courteous (how refreshing!). I was in and out within an amazingly short period and left feeling I was understood. I recently moved to the area and WILL be calling for a new patient appointment to get established with a new GP because I was so pleased with how this visit went.

Best doctor we have had in a long time. He needs his own office so i can make him our primary doctor. Sucks hes only a urgent care doctor. Mr Schafer u need ur own office please consider opening one (: he took great care of our daughter

I would love if this doctor would open up his own office hes a great doctor and needs to recognized as such. He talked to me answered everything i asked and took care of our daughter. Great doctor hands down.

I walked in without an appointment. I got to see the doctor in 10 minutes(very good ). Doctor was busy but he did not use that as an excuse. He listened very very well ! The lady at the front desk was awesome too ! That's why I use U of M . Always now.
