Dr. Francis was fantastic. I felt heard and understood and supported. She was also knowledgeable and very collaborative. I wish all my doctors were like her.

She is always paying attention to my knee into always taking care of my needs first time in 20 years I found a doctor that actually looked at me takes care of me touches me checks me she's one of the best doctors I've ever experienced in my 20 years of being sick

I have major depression and Dr. Francis took the time to explain how many of my symptoms from that can affect both my neurological and physical health. She looks at me instead of at her computer when she asks questions and she doesn’t patronize in any way. She treats me like a person and not like a faceless patient.

Dr Francis was great. Going in I did not have high expectations based on other people's experience, not necessarily with this provider, but with the office in general. Dr. Francis was fantastic, she listened and provided feed back to my concerns. I would recommend her to others. After the initial lost of paperwork, the rest of the experience with the office staff was good.

I could not be more thankful to have her as a physician. She is truly a blessing to everyone lucky enough to have her on their side both professionally and I imagine personally as well. She is kind, down to earth, extremely intelligent and very warm. I wish she could be my provider for every specialty. Students should learn from her how to be a true patient centered physician.
