First meeting with Dr Alberta and was extremely impressed with his friendliness, his professionalism, and his knowledge. He explained my situation in terms I could understand, described the procedure, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He removed many of my fears and I felt complete confidence in him.

Dr Alberta and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I answered no to two of the question because there should have been a N/A option as they did not pertain to my case. My only issue was the wait to get an appointment but this is understandable considering all the people seeking the doctors expertise in their fields. Dr Alberta came highly recommended

Dr. Francis Alberta took time to listen carefully and answer all my questions. He proactively contacted his staff to ensure necessary tests were ordered promptly. He reviewed my records in depth and explained a clear treatment plan-what conservative steps to try, what surgery would involve, and how we'd aim for the best outcome. He communicated in both layman's terms and appropriate medical terms. Throughout, he was respectful, concerned, and genuinely caring. His clinical thinking was thorough and transparent, which gave me real confidence in the plan.

Dr. Alberta treated me with great kindness and professionalism. He took all the time necessary to explain what had happened to my shoulder. He's an excellent surgeon , and I would recommend him to anyone with a shoulder problem.

This was my second visit to analyze and discuss options for shoulder pain. Last time I had a shot that alleviated pain for 5 months. This time we discussed efficacy and limitations of shots, possible surgery. Dr. Alberta cautioned that if I had the shot, I whether it worked or not, it precluded surgery until next year. I opted for shot now and time to consider surgery next year . Last time the shot worked immediately, before I got to the parking lot! . This time my shoulder hurt when I left and by the end of the day, my whole arm hurt like hell. I could not lift a pencil with it. I was really frightened. Took 3 Tylenol and went to bed. The following day the pain slowly eased; The second night was pain free. Can't imagine why the same shot had such a different effect.

Dr. Alberta is an amazing doctor. He did my daughter's surgery about 20 years ago. And that's why I came to see him. He's an amazing doctor. I recommend him to everybody.

Yeah, everything went great. I just want to qualify my responses about recommending the doctor. I haven't had the surgery yet, so I can't say yay or nay to that accurately until after the surgery. But it was a great meeting. He seems like an absolutely fantastic doctor, and I'm thrilled with him. Thank you.

They were very helpful, explained everything to me. I felt completely comfortable, answered every question I had, and things that I was doubtful at, they straightened it out so I was completely satisfied.

The entire staff and the doctor were all great. The operation went well and they were very helpful in going over things with me and telling me how to maintain and to be safe and have a good recovery. So I just want to say thanks again for everything.
