She seemed like it was the last place she wanted to be. Had an attitude when i couldnt hear her because my ears were clogged, she also came in looking miserable.

I have not been to a physician in 7 years because of multiple bad experiences. However, I am so comfortable with Fran and the staff that I will be much more apt to seek care.

She did explain that if I was coming in more often for my recurring back issues then we could pursue other treatment options but it was a little over a year since the last time I received treatment for the same thing she said we'll monitor it.
