I have not been to a physician in 7 years because of multiple bad experiences. However, I am so comfortable with Fran and the staff that I will be much more apt to seek care.

She did explain that if I was coming in more often for my recurring back issues then we could pursue other treatment options but it was a little over a year since the last time I received treatment for the same thing she said we'll monitor it.

I seen np Fran. Don't think she looked directly at me one time. Seemed like i was bothering her. Wasn't really listening to me. I won't be seeing her again. I couldn't get appointment with my doctor, dr white for a month so I saw the np
