I sincerely believe I recieve the best care available in Alabama at this clinic when I am able to get an appointment; however, the difficulty scheduling and long waiting period for appointments would make me hesitant to recommend to many of my friends and family. I believe UAB's inability to quickly schedule patient's, even for urgent health concerns, hurts outcomes. It is a great system to be a part of once you are an established patient but even then, wait times are often too long. I have seen this not only with my own care at OB/GYN but also with family members and friends seeking care from other clinics.

Dr. Burgan made my visit yesterday one of the most positive experiences i’ve ever had at a doctors appointment. The entire staff was so kind and made me so comfortable!

Dr. Burgan and her staff are fantastic! Dr. Burgan takes the time to explain things clearly and offers insightful advice. My appointments never feel rushed, and she has a wonderful bedside manner that puts me at ease. I completely trust her judgment and expertise. I travel two hours for Dr. Burgan's care and it's absolutely worth it.
