I'm an RNC, I am so impressed with Frances clinical knowledge and her ability to explain my diagnosis and treatment. She educates and looks at all of the life style and entire patient not just the diagnosis. She's wonderful!

This was about the most thorough and detailed appointment I have ever had. I learned a great deal, all of my questions were answered and I left enthusiastic about implementing the suggestions to improve my health. Everything was excellent and I am grateful for the amount of time I was given.

She was in the room with me about 30 minutes. She discussed all my[ ], my blood work, and gave me future bloodwork in 3 months. And explained that I need to see a , a [ ] and her as a [ ] APRN. I had actually thought that I didn't need to see [ ], but I do. So that was very helpful to me also. Next time I see Dr. Crawford, she saw me because Dr. Crawford, was not in that day, but I really enjoyed her company!

The check in receptionist was extremely helpful. My co-pay was wrong and she was told by the supervisor there was nothing we could do but she talked to someone who fixed it right away. She went above and beyond tp help me.

I had 2 very important questions. She too the time to explained my diagnosis and to read lab report correctly. I walked out know I was not going to need tx for a diagnosis that I saw on the lab report.
