She was very nice and well informed on what was in my chart. I enjoyed my conversation with her! We developed an on going plan. I would recommend her highly!

The entire experience was seamless, from the drive from Zephyr Cove, the parking, the check-in process and the appointment with F. Meyer A.P.R.N.. Frances was on time, knowledgeable, compassionate, and I felt that I was being heard and not rushed through the process.

Frances was unbelievably professional and answered all of my questions. She gave me plenty of her time and did not make me feel like she’s in a big rush to get me out of the room. Also, the gentleman, Pharmacist, who gave me the shot was also very, very delightful…..

This was the first time I saw this PA. She was very nice & professional. She took time to answer all my questions but did let me know that I would need to go to my primary care PA for some issues. Overall, I was very happy with the care I received. She is an asset to your medical system!
