I found my experience with Ms (PA) Fralich to very rewarding. It was quite evident that she had acquainted herself with my past history. Mostly, she impressed me with her not being afraid to laugh.

Kristen is amazing. She takes time with her patients, is very thorough, and ha the most pleasant bedside manner. My mother-in-law is 89 and can be a fussy patient. She loves Kristen!!!!

She is very down to earth and answered all my questions in "real" language that I could understand. In the past, doctors seem to answer questions with a lot of medical terms and it gets very confusing. Kristen has been great to work with.

She was great to visit with. Went over my procedure and we discussed my restrictions for the next 30 days. Discussed my medications and alternates if I did not tolerate well(I’m doing great with it). Kristen is a delight to talk with.
