Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was my first visit with Dr. Fox. I was extremely impressed that he had studied my medical history before he came into the exam room so he was prepared to knowledgably speak to me about my condition.

Nothing. It was a very good experience.

Dr Fox himself he is a very caring person. Spends time explaining everything so the patient understand. I have nothing but respect for him and his Nurses.

I came out of my visit feeling better knowing my condition could improve with the medicines Dr. Fox prescribed and the tests he ordered to monitor my progress. I felt he cared and I just immediately liked him as a person. All in all, the whole experience was very comfortable.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Fox was thorough and gave us a lot of time. Explained his med changes and why for each drug. Just excellent. Likewise, his nurse was also great and very helpful.

Doctor Kenneth Fox was courteous, and very diligent in trying to help me with my heath problems. He got the ball rolling immediately. In fact they happen so fast I was surprised. Doctor Fox has my thanks, and gratitude.

First time meeting Dr Fox. I think talking a bit slower and checking for understanding would provide better understanding. I am 76 yr old ; but , I think older people follow a slower speed of speech better. DON'T GO TO THE EXSTREAM.

Dr. Fox is proactive with his heart health recommendations. Very, very thorough in his recommendations and the reasoning behind each one. Very pleasant to deal with. Look forward to the next appointment.

They were very busy, I had to wait awhile before I saw the Dr, but there is times when it takes more time with a patient than others so it causes the waiting time a little longer! I just had to wait a little longer! But that’s understandable! So really I’d do nothing! Thanks!

Dr. Fox was very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions. Being diagnosed with congestive heart failure was very scary but he helped put my mind at ease. He gave lots of info on how to manage CHF.

Dr Fox took time to listen and discuss not only our history, but also current concerns and medications. He did not rush any part of the visit. I really appreciate his thoroughness, friendliness and involvement with me during this appointment! So glad for his friendly and efficient staff- not only on the phone, but also in-person.,It is a happy office dealing with serious problems! So glad to have them all on my team!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was my first appointment with Dr. Fox. I had spoken with him through the exchange where he provided a resolution to a bleeding issue I had post surgery earlier this year. I was impressed with Dr. Fox’s entensive knowledge of drugs used t treat my cardiac issues. He changed my maintenance medication to drugs which will provide the best outcome. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Fox.
