Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Fox listened, reviewed my history, my family history. Dr. Fox was concerned. Explained his insight and wisdom. I feel I am getting best in class care with Dr. Fox. Constance Boxer 314 319 0145

What could have been done to improve your experience?
First time meeting Dr Fox. I think talking a bit slower and checking for understanding would provide better understanding. I am 76 yr old ; but , I think older people follow a slower speed of speech better. DON'T GO TO THE EXSTREAM.

They were very busy, I had to wait awhile before I saw the Dr, but there is times when it takes more time with a patient than others so it causes the waiting time a little longer! I just had to wait a little longer! But that’s understandable! So really I’d do nothing! Thanks!

Dr. Fox was very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions. Being diagnosed with congestive heart failure was very scary but he helped put my mind at ease. He gave lots of info on how to manage CHF.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Fox took time to listen and discuss not only our history, but also current concerns and medications. He did not rush any part of the visit. I really appreciate his thoroughness, friendliness and involvement with me during this appointment! So glad for his friendly and efficient staff- not only on the phone, but also in-person.,It is a happy office dealing with serious problems! So glad to have them all on my team!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was my first appointment with Dr. Fox. I had spoken with him through the exchange where he provided a resolution to a bleeding issue I had post surgery earlier this year. I was impressed with Dr. Fox’s entensive knowledge of drugs used t treat my cardiac issues. He changed my maintenance medication to drugs which will provide the best outcome. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Fox.

It was our first time meeting Dr Fox and we were very impressed by his bedside manner. He was friendly yet wasn’t afraid to give his opinion in a constructive manner.

My first visit with Dr. Fox and his assistant. I was very impressed. Both were immediately proactive and I appreciated that.

Dr Fox wanted to dive into the possible causes of my health problems. He also allowed me to ask questions without feeling stupid or him looking annoyed. I much appreciated being treated respectfully with good explanations and options.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr Fox has a lot of good knowledge and talks fast, and sometimes could slow down to allow questions for separate issues. I was able to ask my questions, though.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr. Fox seemed rushed and spoke very quickly. This may be his normal mode. He wanted to make sure we heard his reasons for Rx choices. It sometimes takes older patients time to process information and formulate questions. We will use MyChart or call when we have further questions.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Fox is an excellent cardiologist who has taken great care of me. One of the things I most admire about him is that he doesn’t take sole credit for my feeling better. He never fails to talk about the entire team working well together. That alone makes me understand my diagnosis, surgery & recovery were a process made possible by everyone working together.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Feel Dr Fox cares about my health and best plan of treatment. He explains things well, gives me the change for questions and asks my thoughts on how to proceed. Makes me feel Comfortable and involved in decisions. He also Communicates with my arrhythmia doctor before Making any changes. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr Fox and his nurse were extremely kind and thoughtful, very clear with instructions etc. I was stressed and they could not have been more understanding !

Dr. Fox and the nurse were very good. They answered every question I and listened intently to everything I said. There was no looking at the clock to get out of the room. Very impressed.

Doctor Fox was caring and professional helping me with my heart condition. He explained my condition which made me understand it more . He evaluated my blood pressure medicine switching me to one that would help my heart valves perform better.

Dr. Fox was very knowledgeable, explained changes in meds and how they could benefit me, answered my questions, and was easy to talk to. I felt I was in good hands to help me with my medical issues.

First time meeting with Dr. Fox and I couldn't be happier, he told me his thoughts and helped me make decisions. He told me like it was and didn't try to placate me. I appreciate that!

The entire staff is so very polite, kind and patient. Dr. Fox is very thorough and takes time to answer questions. Can’t say enough words to describe how much I like the staff and Dr. Fox.
