I like the fact that he always asks if I have any questions. Nothing is off the table, so to speak. It's nice to know he's willing to answer whatever question I might have about my care.

Very nice, compassionate man. He shook my hand and my husband’s hand. He put his stethoscope in his ears twice but never listened to my heart. I understand the Holter will get the needed information but it was a bit unusual. Again, the people I had contact with were very professional and kind.

Chris Foster, ARNP, was fantastic in my first visit with him. He listened carefully, responded thoughtfully, and took the time required to properly do his job. His calm demeanor helped me relax, he explained things in a logical manner, and I left feeling better about my situation and the care I would receive at Iowa Heart. I would highly recommend Chris Foster.

He was filling in for my usual ARNP due to her having an emergency absence. I think it was great that the clinic offered me an option to see him rather than having to reschedule since this was just a follow up appt on a med change. He was able to do that consult and even provide more suggestions on follow up,

Christopher Foster listened and answered questions carefully. He was very calm and and explained everything very well. He made sure to explain when /how to contact him/practice if symptoms or changes occur. That was very nice and lowered anxiety a lot.

This was my first visit with him. He seemed quite certain how I needed to change my water consumption in order to fix my low blood pressure. I have followed his recommendation for 3 weeks, which has not fixed my condition .

we hope he stays in the Iowa Heart system for a while, there have been so many changes. I previously doctored in Fort Dodge office, but all my physicians ended up leaving so I decided to stay with Stephanie in the Ames office as I was referred to EP several years ago. Always helps to have a familiar face that you know.......
