Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Fortado-Clark is an excellent Primary Care Physician! She listens carefully and is easy to talk to about any/all of my concerns. Primary care heaven! ;)

All levels were excellent. They have a sick patient waiting room which is separate from usual waiting area. I think that is a great idea. I sat in the sick patient waiting area but was still treated kindly and professionally.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I came in with an issue, and Dr. Clark, from the description I gave her thought that it might be caused by something else. She did find an area that was fairly painful on my body other than where the initial pain was. She recommended physical therapy, and I am greatful that she did. I am hoping that it will help and greatful that she took the time to listen and help me.

DR. CLARK IS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. SHE'S THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD STAFF AND BRENDA ARE KEEPERS IN MY BOOK.

IT WAS PERFECT, EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND GOT ALL MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED, AND TREATMENT HOPEFULLY FOR MY SAKE, WILL WORK.

I felt that Dr. Clark spent a goodly amount of time with me, asking pertinent questions on my overall health. We discussed the other doctors that I have currently and all the things theydo for me, I think that is a positive aspect of most of my other doctors being in the BJC network,

Dr. Clark was amazing and I felt comfortable talking with her. I wanted to establish a Primary Care doctor and she made me feel calm and willing to help and I didn’t feel rushed. Her nurse was also very personable and kind and made me feel at ease. For someone who hasn’t been to a doctor in a while they did a wonderful job making me feel a sense of relief choosing them as the doctor to try.
