Dr Clark always gets us in the exam room in a timely manner and very nice talking to you at levels you can easily understand.

Dr. Fortado is an excellent primary care MD. She listens well and addresses concerns in a direct manner.

Dr. Fortado has been my seventh doctor in five years. Out of all of them she was the first to actually sit and listen to what I had to say. She was also the first to not look at her watch or a clock to determine when she needed to leave. She made sure that I had exhausted all of my opinions and concerns before she left the room when she was preparing to leave she turned around and reiterated that if I needed anything or if I needed to say anything that I had her attention. The best part, she asked me if it was ok for her to leave. I have never had that from any doctor.

As always, she was very punctual. She also brought with her typical kind, gentle demeanor, to set the vibe for the visit. After stating her own opinions, she listened intently and patiently - and without interruption (so important!) - to my explanation of the procedure and why I wanted to have it done. After further discussion, she agreed to issue the referral letter. I have always appreciated how Dr. Clark makes me feel that she PERSONALLY and GENUINELY cares about my healthcare and overall well-being, and this visit was more proof that I am lucky to have the best PCP anyone could ask for. I LOVE Dr. Clark!!!
