Her staff is professional but less compassionate than Dr Lane is. It feel like a disconnect between doctor and staff.

Dr Lane is a fantastic person and doctor. She is compassionate and technically shilled. She truly cares for her patients. I’ve seen a number of physicians over the course of my lifetime. Dr Lane is, by far, the best.

She is always behind. The lights even went off I was waiting so long. I'm getting charged for a specialist appointment for the OMT now. She doesn't do what they do. So I'll have to stop the OMT and see the real specialist which was the reason too see her. I can't believe a doctor's office doesn't have a straight catheter. If I need help I have to go to a medi center.

Doctor is great. However the charge to get a referral is more expensive than the actual visit to the specialist and that is unexpected.
