The infusion portion was completed by friendly, knowledgeable and caring nurses. The only thing I didn't care for was as the time of appointment would change without consulting me

This doctor was extremely arrogant and insensitive to what I have been going through. I had a ton of bloodwork done and he did not even explain to me what was showing up in this until I had to ask. At that point he did not explain what was showing or how the disease works and would end. He did not explain all my options of treatment and what would be done for follow up of treatment to see if the medication worked.This doctor was in my eyes arrogant uninformed able and a waste of my time and insurance money! I will not be seeing him again!
