I was seen immediately after check-in which was fantastic. I received great care and was treated kindly by the care team. I've had nothing but excellent and compassionate care from Floriya in the years that she's been my primary care provider.

Floria has been one of the most amazing physicians I've ever seen as an adult. She listens carefully. She knows my medical history. She is extremely thoughtful when making decisions and discussing treatment plans. She is encouraging and supportive. She gives her full attention to her patients when she's speaking with them and I highly would recommend her to anyone as a nurse practitioner and I will greatly miss Floria when she leaves at the end of the year and I just wanted to say thank you so much for her help and support. Thank you.

I would not recommend Dr. Flo because she is leaving the practice and not going to be in primary care any longer. She is heading towards weight management.

From the time I check in until the time I leave, I'm comfortable, feel safe, and confident in the decisions that myself and my NP make. I'm sorry that Flora is leaving. She has helped me with my concerns and her concerns. I've felt noticed and remembered by her. I'm looking forward to meeting the new doc that Flora has recommended to me. I will miss her very much. I gave 10 for everything. Things run smoothly there now. I wait very little time to be seen. A nyone that I come in contact with are pleasant, friendly and kind. The nurses that I deal with are the best.

My healthcare provider, Floriya, is very, very caring and compassionate. I really appreciate her and I really am going to miss her as she's transitioning into a new physiciate at the end of the year. I saw Floriya for my visit. She is extremely caring and very attentive on listening to what I have to say. And I had no problem getting a visit with her. I love going to visit Dr. Tkachuk Mattioli (Floriya). Her and the nurse [REDACTED] that work with her are AMAZING. Their bedside manner is stellar. When checking out I also met with [REDACTED]. She is another great employee. I love coming to this office. Floriya and the staff are always providing great care. I've referred family members to Floriya and they say the same thing. She's a top notch care person.

All the time you walk into the doctor's office and talking to Dr. Floriya, everyone is so amazing. They are friendly, they care, they listen to you. It's just a great atmosphere. Even walking back to the desk, listen to the other young ladies, staff, they are just great. Dr. Floriya has great conversation with you. She listens to you. She cares about you. She treats you all just like family. And I thank God for her. [REDACTED] is a blessing in my life. And the staff was excellent, excellent customer service.

Floriya and her staff are spot on! [REDACTED] is a great assistant. She asks all the vital questions, takes my BP, prepares everything prior to my appointment. [REDACTED] took care of follow up appointments, lab work paperwork like a pro!
