I was diagnosed with Cancer and within one minute of meeting Dr. Flaherty I felt confident I was in good hands. He has a very calming and knowledgeable bed side manner and explains everything in a way that is understandable. I am blessed to be in his care!!

Provider was running an hour behind...I suggest that they should let me know when they are running behind. A provider should keep me informed as to when they will be available, instead of letting me sit there over an hour with no contact from anyone. I expect to be seen within a half hour of my appointment. My time is just as valuable as the staff.

A doctor needs to have certain traits to be a good doctor. Dr. Flaherty's bedside manner is excellent. He makes you feel comfortable about what is going on. I struggle with anxiety, so this is so important to me. Excellent care.
