He really does care about his patience. He takes the time and hears them out. He gives his honest opinions and advice. He sees you as a person not just a name on a computer screen and he genuinely wants to help.

My symptoms have worsened, most likely because he didn't take enough time to understand what I was describing. He made me feel as if he thought my symptoms were too minor to warrant a visit. I felt demeaned and embarrassed when I left.
